We love our shade sail. It keeps the hot Florida sun off our cars and eastern side of the house, as well as filtering out oak leaves that used to fall on the vehicles. Great support from staff at the company, too. Always picked up the phone when I had a question.
I bought a custom cover from Mighty Covers for our outdoor wine barrel bar. It came and fit perfectly, but it did not have the drawstring as we requested. Without asking, Mighty Covers offered to send a replacement cover with the drawstring. Great customer service! The issue was settled in less than 4 hours. I will definitely be using them for any outdoor cover needs in the future!

I ordered a polygonal Commercial 95 shade cloth screen for the gable area of a large back deck to reduce intensity of afternoon sun. The shade measured up to 21' in greatest dimension and had a complex shape. I just received my second custom cover from Mighty Covers, both orders have been processed efficiently, they kept me in the loop, and covers were delivered as promised. The young lady who helped me over the phone was so helpful and patient, answering all my questions. The first cover we ordered was for a wooden outdoor beverage cooler; the current order was for a cover for a butcher block we use on a covered deck as a grill side table. We have had the cooler cover for over a year and it looks just like the new butcher block cover.

I rarely write reviews but this company deserved this review. We purchased a large custom shade sail from Mighty Covers to install in an Arizona desert area home. I used eight turnbuckles over a 16' x 20' coverage which I had designed with their assistance. The shade sail withstood high winds and other extreme weather which put some stress on the mounting points. After more than one year, the shade sail developed a stress point at one of the mid-positioned turnbuckles. I contacted Customer Support and they agreed to repair the stress point and handle the shipping costs. Most importantly to me, that stress point could have been caused by too much tightening of the turnbuckle but without hesitation they handled all costs involved with repairs and shipping. Customer Service is practically non-existent nowadays and I know what company, I will be purchasing my replacement shade sail when needed. Great company to do business with!

On 5/26 I bought a pool cover from Mighty Covers, after more than two weeks of the purchase I had not received the product. I had to give them a call to figure out what was going on. The attendant told me they had trouble with their distributor and the product never shipped.
What is worse they did not refund me right away, they waited until I give them a call to ask for status on 6/11.
This was disappointing to say the least. Now I feel like I need to check every day my statement to make sure the refund comes, and I need to buy from a more serious business. Very bad experience, certainly not coming back any time soon.
After building a deck cover, my husband decided that a canvas cover would be the best for us. He found Mighty Covers & order it. Mighty Covers gave him a call to ensure the use for it & size. This canvas cover is excellent to keep the sun and rain off us. Thank you Mighty Covers! D
I spoke with Holly who told me 8x16 was the biggest size shade they had. Larry then told me this was not the case. He was SO RUDE! He was not helpful and told me not to call because he wanted everything in writing. I was asking a few clarifying questions because he was not explaining himself well, and he continued to get frustrated, interrupting and was not customer friendly at all. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! The sun shade company is cheaper and so friendly. Go see them. You'll thank me later! Don't give these rude people your business!

We haven't heard back from Mr. Alejandro A. Since he has receive the item that he originally ordered at no charge.
