Their website page was very easy an organized. Customer service was on point. But I haven't installed all my parts yet. That will be another review an video very soon. I did open 1 box which was the volant cold air intake. Well packaged an the instructions was step by step bolt by bolt. Even for the removal of the existing part that your replacing.
I have ordered so many parts through this company for my ram truck. The customer service is hands-down. The best customer service I have ever dealt with when it comes to ordering anything. I will absolutely continue with this company and I highly recommend you do as well!
I was told all My parts would be sent out 1-3 days of order. I am now being told that my Shorty headers are not going to be sent out for a week or so, which is highly ridiculous!
Overall great experience. Wide selection of quality parts that came quickly and in good shape. Didn't have everything I needed but more than enough to knock out a big portion of my list. Definitely recommend them.
I come to American Trucks for most of my hard to find oem items, and aftermarket products.
What i love about this site is that its all here, from engine internals, after market performance parts to small decals. I'm always shopping the returns, clearance. Always looking for inspiration or ideas I can steal from other customers rides. Lol. Then they started offering tech support, which really changed what I can ask question for things I didn't know, and they are always willing to help. Good job guys! Thanks!
Very frustrated and unhappy after a large purchase for a front bumper. Bumper came missing half of the structural mounts and used parts off of another truck. This was an open box item that was passed off and I paid brand new prices for. Someone had returned the Bumper, American Trucks did not verify it was all there, and then sold it to me. I have opened a claim with customer service, but no resolution after a week, while the Bumper sits useless taking up my entire garage. Very unhappy with the company and will be doing business with other vendors going forward.
I looked around all over and only found these on this website. Made the phone call Matt answered was super helpful. They came a week and a half later via FedEx. They look like they're gonna work as soon as the weather gets warmer I will try to install them, but it looks like it should be pretty straightforward.
The pricing seemed a little high, but the quality looks good. I will use American trucks again..
Bought the storage bin (rough country) for under the rear seat. It arrived quicker than expected, packaged well, installation instructions were clear, It fit well, although I did need to slightly modify my floor liner
Every went as well as expected/ Job well done, signed on, searched for what would be the best for the lest in cost, American Truck is most suitable for taking care of what a truck parts would need, and processing through to billing to shipping = Finished
This bull bar was my first purchase through American Trucks. It was a pretty straightforward process, and I got updates on my order daily. The packaging came in a little damaged, but that doesn't have anything to do with American Trucks, and all of the contents inside were perfectly fine. Just ordered a roll bar from them as well, looking forward to that going just a smoothly!
