I made an order through this company site directly, order shipped and returned by carrier before I even saw it due to damage. I've received zero communication, tracking number says delivered (by to Mielle not me), no reshipment and no refund after multiple request, now over a month. This has left such a bad taste in my mouth that even the stuff I had already own by this company is now in the trash
I brought it use it leaves a not very pleasant scent. Everyone complained about it being sour n smelling so bad I like the scent but the public doesn't. I stopped using it for this reason I will not buy again.
I purchased products from the Mongogo line. I used the products one time it caused burns on my scalp, leaving sores, and bare patches where the product made my hair fall out.
The worst part was when I contacted Customer Service they asked me for ridiculous amounts of information photos of the products which they had just sent to me photos of the lot codes and then they asked me to email them in writing the lot code and they asked me for photos of my scalp photos of my hair After exchanging about 20 emails with them I got an email stating that they would review my request for a refund. I'm happy to send the products back but apparently this company does not stand behind their products and very disappointed and although I try to support small businesses. This will be a company. I will never purchase anything from again and I suggest you don't either as their customer service is sorely lacking, and they do not appear to be accompany that stands behind their products
I placed an order in November and had not received them. I repeatedly asked for a refund and kept getting bots with generic response. Finally on January 19th I received an email from a Heather stating I would receive a refund with 5-7 days. When refund was not received, I inquired again and got another bot response. Well some of products finally arrived February 6th, but I don't want them anymore. I refuse to patronize this company any further. Prayerfully, I will receive my money back for the products I had not received.
I ordered from Mielle during the Black Friday sale, I literally got the package damaged the contents of my pomegranate and other items spilled in the box. I reached out to the email for damages and didn't hear anything I sent another email and didn't hear anything again. The next thing I knew it said I had a package on the way and I'm like cool. The package only shipped partially I reached out to show why I got in the order and some Jazsmin H messaged me saying the other order was closed and everything was included in the package I got, but I keep telling her and showing with photos my particular product I've been wanting to try never came. It's a back and forth match trying to make sure I got what I actually ordered so I'll be getting my products in store where I don't have to pay for shipping, I can make sure the products aren't damaged and I actually receive them.
I ordered product from web site for black Friday sale. Package arrived wet and box torn up. My product leaked out. I sent a message and pictures to customer service, they said they will resend product. I've sent multiple emails letting them know I never recieved my package, I went back and forth with customer service for about 2 months. The last time I contacted them they said they are out of the product and I will get a refund. I still have not received my refund. This company took my money and did not deliver!
I work in tech-support and deal with upset customers day in and day out. I know what good customer services because I provided it every day. The company I work for actually cares about the customers and treats them respectfully. Milelle does not do any of that. Their customer service is awful. They do not support the products. If they are defective you cannot return some items come broken and you don't get a refund I mean this is genuinely a terrible company to work with.
I placed an order on November 27th and I have not received anything yet. I emailed the company 4 times and each time I received the exact same generated message from 4 different people, that told me nothing about my order. When I asked about a refund, I was met with the statement that they don't give refunds. They don't give customers their order either apparently. I will never order from this company again nor will I be purchasing anything from the stores from the Mielle Organics line.
I ordered my items and spent about 40 dollars on items. I contact after 15 days and they stated due to high volume it takes awhile. Poor communication and shipping was the first issue, so after I contacted them regarding this issue. They stated like the shipped the item which I never recieve and the sad part when it stated I supposedly was shipped. I have cameras on my home no delivery or ever received my item on my porch. I called same day text and etc they ignored my calls and I kept reporting and calling until someone told me to wait 5 days before a case can be made I did so and was back on contacting them so the finally did a case and stated it will take 14 days guess what it's over a month and I called and sent messages since the 14 days was due for information regarding my package or money. Now today they going to lie and say UPS was trying to contact me which was a lie because I contacted them too with the tracking number and spoke to several supervisor with same response they have no tracking to my order, so I contact them now they stating they will not replace or refund me my money so I advise anyone please no longer buy anything from them especially ordering from there app you will not get your package they will play around with your money and product and come up with some lie or excuse like I told the lady it's my money and not yours and I will never support this company or have my family continue to buy from this sad company
I ordered 5 items on November 24,2023. I received one and they other 4 were never shipped. I first contacted Mielle on December 30th about a refund since I never received any shipping notification. The seller replied on January 4,2024 asking me to wait 5-7 business days after they decide for my refund to be received. I find this reply confusing because I don't know how long it takes them to decide or why a decision is needed for items they never shipped. January 12th marked 7 B. Days and still no refund posted. I no longer want these items and their customer service sucks. They are not helpful and are quick to give you these robotic responses. I have reported them to PayPal.

I tried calling and after being on hold I get hung up on. I have left messages and I have not gotten a response. This will be my last time purchasing with this company.
I did an order Nov 22 I still have not received my order! I've emailed over and over for a refund and they keep giving me the run around! I heard give them 2-3 business days to figure out a solution to my problem since Dec 17! I would say don't order from them they don't send out your products and they keep your money! Beware they are a SCAM! Would give less than 1 star but I can't go lower!
I have ordered twice during their Black Friday sales. In 2022 they sent me products that I did not order. This past year they did not even bother to send any of the products or send me an invoice they did however charge my credit card. Customer service is a joke. Will not order from again.

I order my products in early November and as of today January 2nd, 2024 I still have not received my order. There has been know contact from Mielle to explain why the delay and at this point I don't even care. I went on line to cancel my order only to find out on the website I cannot receive a refund. I had to send a message inquiring about the status of my order only to be given a half explanation of why I had not received my products. With zero mentioning of a refund which is what I requested. At this point I feel like I have been robbed and this will be my last time ordering from Mielle. I wish could rate this experience a zero stars because that is what it has been.

Order product a month ago only to receive a portion of it. Reached out to customer service for a refund after never receiving the product and was told they don't do refunds even though I don't have the product! I should have stayed away from this business long ago when I saw the owner arguing in the comment section with a review on YouTube. If the head is sick, the body is sure to follow, ie customer service.
I ordered my products on 11/28/23 and as of today I still have not recieved any of my products. The bad thing is I can't cancel my order! I blame myself I should have read the return and cancelation policy. I will never order from this company again! I emailed and chatted and received the same old lies! Never again!
We like some of the products.Order 75 worth of product that was on sale on 11/20.Still no order.these were partly Christmas gifts. For 3 weeks not one update.I emailed over 5 times and called to leave messages 3 times.No responses.Finally after filling out their contact form on their site they responded with a generic apology and no real quick solution accept I should get shipping confirmation this was a week ago and still nothing.I asked to cancel it 3 times in in a week and they ignore my requests saying its still processing and no return /refund policy.Well its not a return if you never get it.Then in email said 10-15 more days.Its already been a month.Never ordering from them again BIG mistake.
