Ordered a helmet visor December 26th 2024. December 30th contacted MC powersports asking where my order was, NO TRACKING NUMBER. They claimed I checked the box for in-store pickup, I know this is BS because he sent me a copy of the invoice after I complained. The invoice clearly shows I checked the box shipping to my address BIG BLUE CIRCLE! If you order something and want it in a timely manner, not have to deal with BS, shop elsewhere!
They do what they say they are going to do and they do it! They also keep one fully informed about pickups and deliveries. Fast and polite service always.

I would not buy from this business unless you like waiting weeks for a simple delivery that should be a day or two at the lost. They don't Prioritize their customers.
Sorry for the issue with your order. We actually reached out to the buyer to explain that they ordered qty 6 of an item but only qty 4 were left. We asked if they wanted the qty 4 shipped and refunded for qty 2 or a refund for all. Buyer choose the refund. So we refunded the buyer in full for the order as they requested.
I bought a Helmet, they sent a helmet that was mismarked from the factory, they refunded only Half of my money $120 restocking fee for something that needed to go back to Nolan helmets.
Would not return phone calls (4) or emails.

Buyer did not like the size / fit of the helmet. As we explained to the buyer all helmet makes and models fit differently (even those of a brand you have purchased or worn in the past). We offered to help buyer with a size exchange or a return. We returned all buyer emails and provided the buyer with an RA # for return (what he choose) and our policy conditions required for the item he wanted to send back (item must be in new condition / not used and include all factory tags / packaging etc...). Helmet was inspected and it was not miss-marked as he claims (we matched it up to several others of this model and everything was normal). Buyer sent back a helmet missing the protective shield clings, tags were detached, it smelled like smoke, scratches on the shield, it had hair in the liner, and a few stone chips on it. It is oblivious the buyer used the helmet then tried to return it as new. We processed the return in accordance with the marketplace policy (per their instructions) for when a buyer returns an item in this type of condition. He was reported to the marketplace for how he sent this back and for the threatening messages he left on our voicemail (this is why we did not return his last phone call). Buyer tried to strong arm us and made threats, but we refuse to play games.
Took 4 days longer than told to ship then I get the wrong part tried calling it was a weekend so understandable but I haven't received a call back got an email back asking for proof I have sent that at this time they have asked me to change the review on eBay seems like that's more of a priority than actually sending me the right item and made sure to change there add to include that the photo is a stock photo to show the item but it's ok I have a screenshot of the original post so the BBB will know if they try anything
Sent item that the buyer ordered. Buyer made a mistake and ordered the incorrect item for his application. No problem, it happens! Provided return information to the buyer. Communicated via and via phone to help him resolve his issue.
False advertisement and will "attempt to correct the error" by either asking for more money or just canceling the order entirely. I understand that software mistakes happen and third parties can cause an issue at times but that shouldn't cost the consumer for the extended partners errors. AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

As you can see from the attached email that we sent to the buyer (notifying him of the issue that happened with his order) was out of our control and was not our fault. We explained in detail what happened and provided him 3 options to resolve the issue. Keep in mind the marketplace (who knew of the issue and the circumstances surrounding it) told us just to cancel and refund the orders and we did not even have to provide an explanation as these things happen. We did not feel that was the right thing to do, so we sent out the email to explain the situation and offered options. Please read the proof he provided with this review and you will see we did what we could to help him.
It was not a "false advertisement" as this buyer claims. We explained in depth what happened with his order (and many other orders at the time).
This fellow was just upset that he could not get a set of tires for a single tire price that he paid (due to the error).
Automation is great when it works but can be a giant mess when it does not work as it should. Nothing works perfectly 100% of the time including 3rd party software. He states he understands mistakes and third-party issues yet went out of his way to write this review after we contacted him about the problem and provided options to resolve it.
We are a family run business that prides ourselves in doing right by our customers. We try to treat others as we would like to be treated!
We do what we can but, in the end, not everyone can be pleased. Sorry :(
Poor customer service. Ordered a rear sprocket for my motorcycle through eBay. It said it would fit my motorcycle but when it came time to put it on I found out that it was the wrong one. Long story short, the return policy time frame expired but they said they would give me a discount on what I needed since they goofed. But they left me hanging over the weekend & I haven't heard back from them after exchanging several emails last week & waiting patiently until it was closing time to ask what was going on. They obviously don't know what they're doing. I sent them a detailed description of what I needed & what type of vehicle it was for. I'm sure they just didn't want to lose a few dollars which they could've made back easily since I was prepared to send back the flawless part they sent me by mistake. They threatened me with "legal action" all because I left a review on Google. I just wanted answers. This is a fine example of customer service at its worst! Do yourself a favor and don't ever order anything from MC Powersports. The MC must stand for Mad & Crazy because that's how whoever I was emailing was acting. Childish at best!
Buyer purchased a part from our eBay store on 4/30/16. We sent the part that was ordered to the buyer and it
Was delivered 5/3/2016. Buyer never stated he had any issues with the product after delivery was made to him.
He emails us 8/2/2017 (well over a year later) and now states there is a problem. We explain that our listing
States we have a 30 day return / exchange policy period. Since he is now well over a year past that period, the
Item is not eligible for return. Through email communication with the buyer we determine he ordered the
Incorrect part for his application to begin with. Even Though we are well past the expiration of the time period
For exchange / return we decide to try and help him with an exchange to the part he needs. He makes threats to

To complete the exchange, he gets upset and sends us a rude email and then leaves us a non-deserved /
Slanderous review of our business. Once our customer service rep. Sees this he reports the buyer's behavior to
Management. It is our policy to discontinue communication and help to those who are rude and threatening.
This individual has taken steps to deliberately hurt our good reputation after we went above and beyond to try
And help him. We let him know we were no longer interested in helping him because of his behavior and
Actions. We would not have further communication with him in regards to this issue. We did state that if
Continued making threats against the business we would have our legal counsel deal with it.
BBB reviewed his complaint and stated:"Your company has made a good faith effort in an attempt to resolve this issue; therefore we are closing the case at this time."
Even the BBB had found that we did nothing wrong!

I bought a helmet and shirt from them. Shipping was quick. I had a couple followup emails later and they replied that same day.

In today's world of automation errors can happen (on our end or the marketplaces end etc...). We do all we can in the event of an issue with an order. Sometimes, no matter what we do there can be an unhappy / unrealistic person. So we do the best we can, but not everyone can be pleased and those are the few bad reviews you see on this site. Answer: To which we contacted the buyer about the marketplace listing issue (which was not on our end). Offered the buyer options and buyer choose to be refunded. We refunded buyer in full an apologize for the issue that was out of our hands.

Usually do not like to battle back on these reviews, but unfortunately the buyer is lying about their checkout process. When they purchased, our checkout did not default to ANY shipping option. The BUYER HAD TO CHOOSE THE SHIPPING / PICKUP OPTION themselves. This buyer choose ''Pickup in Store''. I have reviewed this with the software company and got confirmation on this checkout activity. WE manually changed it for them after they were rude leaving multiple emails and voicemails. They simply made a mistake choosing Pickup in Store and we were more than willing to kindly ship it to them, no problem. But, because they continued to leave rude / demanding emails and swearing in voicemails, we canceled and refunded the order. Would prefer not to do business with someone like that.
