I have been using TASHAN IPTV for the past three months, and I am extremely disappointed. I keep encountering a 'missing file' error while watching movies, and I have to reload it every time. This issue occurs at least 5-6 times during a 2-hour movie. Despite reaching out to their technical team 20 times in the last 2 months, they continue to ask the same basic questions without referring to call notes. Furthermore, they are refusing to provide a refund. I strongly advise against choosing TASHAN IPTV unless you want to waste your money, as I unfortunately did
No stars. Worst people to deal with. No customer service. No 24/7 help line. They do not answer the phone.
I am using this Set top box from Tashan IPTV.
It gives best HD experience in very affordable price.
