Marc Nolan is selling shoes with known sizing issues and labeling them final sale to avoid accountability. I received a pair that was clearly mislabeled, and after checking reviews, I saw many others had the same issue with this style. Despite that, they continue to sell it without warning and won't offer refunds or exchanges. This is deceptive and unethical business behavior. I've filed complaints with the BBB and FTC. Shoppers deserve honesty and fair policies—Marc Nolan fails on both. Avoid this company and spend your money with a brand that values customers.
