I used Revzilla's parts chart to identify the correct part number for the part I needed to replace, the kill switch/hazard/starter button assembly. Rev's notifications enabled me to track my package and it arrived at the expected date.

This may be my mistake, but I was hoping to get new clamps for attaching my slip ons to my 2024 Road Glide. The description wasn't clear on this, although in retrospect the description told the diameter. But these do not fit the M8 pipes with one fat one and one thinner one. However, Revzilla worked with me on this return to make it right.

These surveys are a pain in the $#*!.

Lots of information for choosing the best products. The customer reviews are very helpful in making decisions on which products to purchase.
The gloves are great. Even without the heat they are very warm. They are large but I have no difficulty working the controls on my v strom and crf 300. Have not had a chance to test them in really cold weather yet. The sizing runs a little large. I bought the same size as the 3 other pairs of gloves I use, and they a just a little larger than the others.

My order was delivered on time but when I opened the box, I found two of the same item when I only ordered one. I checked the invoice and my bank; I was also billed for two. Will contact customer service for a return.

Turns out the Email might have been wrong, but she CREDITED ME THE AMOUNT ANYWAY. This is top-notch customer support. Got detailed shipping info and progress. Package arrived packaged well and correctly picked.

I typically only order from you guys when I need something over-nighted. Because unlike many companies when you pay more for over night shipping than the actual tool/product. You most likely need it asap. Thank you for getting me the tool the next day.

As usual, Revzilla has what I wanted. I purchased Gerbing heated gear directly from the manufacturer's website because I had a 20% discount code. However, they did not have the controllers I wanted in stock. So, rather than wait, I knew Revziilla would have them...and they did. Looking back, my only regret is I am sure I could have contacted Revzilla and they would have price matched my discounted price at Gerbing for the jacket itself. They have honored price matching for me in the past. Revzilla is a awesome source of all my riding needs.
