I am more than satisfied with the customer service I received from a lovely girl! She is professional, fast, patient and incredibly attentive to the needs and concerns of clients. What should have been a frustrating exchange for the two of them (returns are never fun), they strived to be an absolute BREEZE thanks to excellence in communication, problem solving and charm. I cannot recommend this boutique higher, she is the epitome of customer service that went well!

I'm impressed by the wide range of stylish clothing available at affordable prices. The quality of the goods was higher than my expectations, and the sizes were as stated. Delivery was fast and without problems. The prompt customer service is also commendable - all my questions were resolved promptly and professionally.
I ordered 3 tee-shirts on 1/15,1/29 and 1/31 respectively. Today is 2/16, and as of today, all 3 items are STILL only "processing!" Waiting 6 weeks (and who knows how many more) for delivery is inexcusable. I doubt that I will EVER order from this company again, which is a shame, because I do like the products. But I cannot abide the shipping practices!
Two items were out of stock. I was sent an email to pick two other items. I sent it back with links below.
Two days later I received a "how was your experience?" email.
I did not reply as I wanted to see how the exchange worked.
3 days later I received no acknowledgement of the exchange for other items, but I received a "here is the refund that you are receiving" email.

Took 2 weeks to deliver. That was OK. Finally today, 2/20/24 I looked closer to the 7 T-shirts I ordered. All except one seems to be acceptable. The Khaki one,
SKU: SHBCAAAFE5FD has unfinished sleeves. Both sleeves were just cut off, no finishing. Very disappointed in that. Wish I had looked sooner and seen the unacceptable Khaki one. All were purchased for an event on 2/24, so I can't return it. Also, the information sheet showing "how to return" was impossible to read. Will probably never order from Lilicloth again. Poor quality control.
Reply email hit my spam, so i didn't respond within seven day. Weird. All their junk mail comes through. Also, reply to request for refund stated "Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China," in red bold letters.
