Ordered 2 yard lights because I was assured they had them. 3 days later - e-mail comes in - "not in stock, can't get them - sorry - go to your useless website and look for an alternative.". Just want I need to do - start looking through THOUSANDS of lamp posts hoping I stumble onto another one that looks close. EVERY other lighting store I have worked with will ALWAYS suggest alternate products. Not LampClick. If it takes a bit of effort to look into it and HELP their customers, not your kind of store (apprently).

Ordered outdoor lights for my entire house. My lights arrived in four days as promised and were in perfect condition. Price beat my local supply houses by a wide margin!

I would not do business with this company. I ordered a light from them and paid for it. They then proceeded to e-mail and not call me back to say that their was a typo in their prices and the price was 90% higher than my paid for price. They offered me only a 10% off coupon, then said all they could do was 15%. Even though this was totally their mistake. Additionally, their customer service was lousy and quite edgy when I called them.
