Lets get some American based customer support for the U.S. customer so we can understand what the hell these "techs" are trying to say. Also, do not buy any HID headlights if you own a dodge, you are wasting your money.
I ordered some HID headlights from them, and paid for express shipping, but then ended up needing to cancel my order. It took 7 phone calls and 4 emails for them to get back to me 4 days later getting a promise from the customer service rep that I can get a refund and get the order canceled only to get an email 3 hours later from the company receiving a shipping confirmation. Now they are accusing me of never trying to contact them. Never shop from here!
