Paid for express 2-3 day delivery. After the third day I contacted the customer service and they informed me that it's actually 3-5 days. I asked for a refund on my shipping or to help fix the shipping issue. I still haven't received my refund on shipping and it took nearly as long as it would if I ordered it with free shipping 10-14 days. I won't order from jobst again just because the lack of customer support!
