Shipping takes forever and doesn't answer customer concerns

This company claims to have "same day" shipping and "fast shipping". Neither of which is true. Instead it took them 4 days to ship a simple order. But the label was printed the same day. I emailed them with my concerns, and they never bothered to reply. If you're in need of diabetic supplies, look elsewhere. If you do finally get your order and anything is wrong, they probably won't bother to reply.
