Bad company
March 8, 2016

I signed up for a trial and later tried to cancel but they would not let me because they said that I had waited too long. They said that they had already had cost involved in setting up my account that they could not recover. Lie lie lie. They say that I owe over $900.00 for the duration of my account. When I called them to cancel because I did not want or need their service, I was told "Too bad". Stay way far away from this company. Also, I have not received anything from them, no report or anything but a bill.
They should be ashamed.

I signed up for a 7 day free trial earlier today, and have already been charged $64.35. This company is very misleading. I have emailed the company and am currently waiting a response. After checking online I see that I am not the only person they have done this to.

EDIT -- The day that I filed this complaint, I managed to get in touch with the company over the phone. Spent 30 minutes on hold, and then when I finally got to talk to someone they told me they could not cancel my account because when I signed up I made a promise to pay 4 payments of $65. After arguing with this lady (with a very thick accent that I could barely understand) for a full 25 minutes that the only "promise" I made was to try out their service for FREE for 7 days, she then tried to tell me she could drop the payment to $45 instead of $65 but could not cancel my account. I kept telling her no, I wanted to cancel and did not want to be charged at all, and she kept telling me she could not do that because they provided a service and I signed up for it blah blah blah. After getting very angry and almost in tears from frustration, she finally decided that she would go ahead and cancel my account. She gave me a cancellation confirmation number, but I never received an email or anything confirming that it was cancelled.
I was able to get my bank to not let the charge of $64 get taken from my account.

BUT here I am a month later, and all of a sudden I am being billed AGAIN by this company, the same amount of money as last time, after they told me my account was canceled and I would not be billed anything. Scammers.
