I admit that when it comes to handling money I don't really know what I'm doing. I need all the help I can get. Identity Guard gives me peace of mine to buy things on the Internet. I chose Identity Guard because it was comprehensive and reasonably priced. I had one problem before where someone looked at my credit card when I was checking out at a department store. It's hard to believe that there are people that are just predators like that, but this is the world we live in. I don't like it, but what to do? Can't pretend like everything is peaches and cream. I feel calmer now that I have taken some action to protect myself from identity theft. These are the kinds of things that makes me feel helpless and it feels a lot better to have back-up in these matters. Its empowering.

We've been a customer for over 10 years. They were very little of value when one of our identities was stolen a few years ago. They recently changed their platform without updating us. And it's taken us over 3 months to cancel our billing, even though we cancelled our account. Lots of phone calls and frustration.
It was easy to navigate their website, the first few weeks was great. Then down hill. I canceled my service within the free trial. However, i was still billed twice. Just sad. Then when i request my funds be put back on my card they said the would do so immediately. Nevertheless nothing happened after 3 days of calling and waiting on hold. I was finally informed that it would take a full billing cycle for my funds to return to my account.
Will not return for anymore business. I would refer for persons whom like to check their credit and score. 3 1/2 stars. Only because they withdrawn funds from my account after i canceled.
Identity Guard is one of the best program out there for keeping my identity safe. I don't have a lot of money, but what I do have I would like to keep. Identity Guard helped that on two fronts. It was reasonably priced, so I wasn't breaking the bank keeping my money safe, and the protection was impeccable. I did a lot of research before picking this company. I chose them because they were reliable and had a decade of experience. You can't get much better than that.
I applied on line and immediately was directed to what was supposed to be my credit score from both Equifax and Trans Union. It was not. Only partial was there. So I called in within 24 hours to cancel membership. The women said my phone number did not exist in system. I then provided address... she said did not exist. I logged into my account (via link they sent through email) and all my information was accurate - I gave her my member ship number and she still said she couldn't cancel as I didn't exist... hmm. So I tried to clarify I have a member number, an email and all my details are in my account but you can't find me? I was able to click cancel on my membership account but will be watching closely to ensure my bank account is not used for future payments. Very very shady.
