I purchased a hooverboard for my granddaughter, it worked well for six months and then suddenly only one side will work. I've tried contacting hooverboard.com through emails, they don't apparently have a phone number they list. Repairs are impossible, no repair shop around here can do anything because they have no source for parts. Have sent two emails to the listed "contact us", no response over two weeks. Would not buy from them again, and it's a shame because the problem is with getting the units repaired, the unit is well made and sturdy - when it worked.

Rip off-dont order
July 1, 2020

I ordered a board on April 23,2020. I have not received the board. They sent a note, and PROMISED delivery and tracking by this Monday, it is Wednesday, and nothing. They don't answer the phone, email, and chat is down. Order from another company. Getting ready to dispute with my credit card company.

I ordered hover boards from other stores before, and the complain I always have is about their battery life, but the one i got from "Hooverboard" store is way much better, don't have any complains about the battery life. My son is using his for months now and it is still working fine. We are really satisfied with the product. Many Thanks

I just simply leave a simple appreciation about Hooverboard. I got one of the board and I used it going anywhere I what. I'll just be amazed the power of the battery and not change performances of this amazing board. Good job guys!

The first things that caught my attention was the unique set of hoverboard designs they have, I placed an order for a hoverboard, it was delivered in 2 days, well packaged, and the hoverboard looked just as described. It is a sweet ride, if I would to upgrade my hoverboard, they would be the place to go to

Seriously the WORST customer service. My son got his hoverboard as a gift from his grandmother for Christmas. She bought is in November. His board was defective & was throwing him off of it. I asked to exchange the board for a different model (the one his brother had) telling them I was happy to pay extra. They would not budge. They would only send me the exact same model that my son was afraid to get on. Now when it finally will arrive in APRIL after disputing this since DECEMBER, it will sit in the box because he is afraid to ride it. SERIOUSLY, is it too difficult to swap it out with a different model. Wish I could give them zero stars. Thanks for making a mom's life more difficult. Now my two sons argue over one hoverboard when they both should have one that works properly. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

On July 22 2020 i ordered a hooverboard from there website. As i patiently waited a week has passed by in my order still said processing not to mention they said (3 day ups delivery) so i started getting a lil worried but then i was like imma just wait a few more days. Now here it goes going on 2 weeks still saying processing so i then decided to CALL them. I GETS NO ONE!. I called several times a day everyday here it is August 18 i still have yet to talk to anyone in my order still says processing ( NO HOOVERBOARD YET!)... I've tried emailing them in everything. NOTHING! So i have filed a complaint against the bussiness in here i am WARNING EVERYONE! Do NOT purchase from this website (OH YEA THIS WAS SUPPOSE TO BE A GIFT TO MY DAUGHTER FOR HER BIRTHDAY JULY 28! But it never made it so YEA IM VERY UPSET! Again DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!
