Purchased a scooter for my son who is attending college. Scooter broke immediately and it took weeks to get a response from GoTrax. Their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with and the customer service representative was incredibly rude. It was appalling. Buyer beware. They have an F rating with Better Business Bureau for good reason.
I bought their scooter for 299.99 worked ok first day than it started to wobble, then the nuts and bolts jarred loose! They say I can ride scooter up to 12 mile not! I was only able to get 4 miles! Now the breaks won't work! Anyways this review concerns their customer service I cannot get ahold of them because their phones are down, and they are unresponsive to emails! Look everyone this is why people are losing confidence in the whole tech sector! Ugh!
