Can't get a hold of anyone and they don't return calls. They said delivery would be 2 business days it's going to be 10 or more. Do not use Glidecraft. Find somewhere that they actually have customer service. Son will not be receiving his hovercraft even though I ordered plenty of time in advance. Bummer experience
I ordered a hover board on 12-13-16. I have sent numerous emails and left many vm. You can't talk to a live person. I just want an update because now my son won't have his Christmas present. Don't order from them.

I bought one of their hoverboards in the middle of June 2016. I received it on time but shortly after I started using it, it broke! I used the proper care from the manual but nothing works on it any more. The battery life is only 10 to 30 minutes, it can barely hold a charge at all, it breaks down and sends you flying off the front when it dies, and can barely hold my weight which is 100 pounds. This company has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced when ordering online. Do not buy from this company it's a big scam, you will regret it in the end.
This site is HORRIBLE! I placed an order on Dec 15,2016, they email back 5 days later saying the hoverboards we purchased are back ordered! I cannot reach anyone, I have been calling for days, many times a day leaving many messages. I have emailed countless times, no response at all! I doubt i'all be getting my money back! $600 Inpaid for two hoverboards! I am so sorry i trusted these people!

We purchased through zippyboard and glide craft makes the zippy board. There is no one to get in touch with at zippy board... after several attempts they facebook messaged me with a you tube video that also did not help our problem. The board was missing several screws and the directions were awful. The red light comes on and does not allow the wheels to spin. I also would not recommend this company with the Christmas season approaching BEWARE!

Slow customer service response if any its been almost 3 weeks no response yet. No phone calls, emails or letters mailed it regards to the board i ordered for my kids. But as soon as i ordered it they took the money right out of my bank. Two more days without a response and i will have no other choice but to get my bank to refunds the money and switch to a new banking branch.

I tried multiple times to reach this company in regards to my order. I should have received my order by now but nothing yet. You cannot get in touch with anyone in customer service only a voicemail. I've sent emails after emails and no one reached out to me yet. They have my $220 and now my child will not have his hover board for Christmas. Please people do not shop with this company.

This company has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased a hover board with my husbands credit card and then had it shipped to our house but used my name as the shipper. They called to verify in which my husband had to get on the phone and tell them it was an authorized purchase. Then a week later I received an email stating our order had been cancelled has they have tried to reach out to us and have not been able to contact us. However, they have not refunded our money! I tried to call back and continued to get an answering machine and was told I would receive a callback in 1 - 2 days. I have heard nothing. I leave a message daily in hopes someone will try to help me resolve this. I bought this on a Black Friday sale and now will have to pay double to go with a different brand... but at this point I will never support this company and the extra money spent will be worth it!

I ordered the board 12/16 7:30am. 12/19 the money officially fully cleared my account. 12/20,1:30p. M, my order switched to back ordered. No clue given to when I will receive the item. I contacted via email, chat, and voicemails since 12/20.12/23 and still no response. Biggest mistake ever. I will never order from this company and will make sure everyone knows. Between the false advertising of the sale that ends and restarts everyday and the taking of orders they know they cannot fulfill, this company is nothing but a fraud. And fraud is illegal my friends.

Answer: I ordered the 14th... no response and still says order processing. I know another hoverboard site got shut down over holidays... Im hoping we are not headed for a similar situation since Im sure these suppliers are all connected somehow to the manufacturers. Go look at the notice on hoverboarder.com... also their logos look very similar to Glidecraft. Has me worried we arent getting boards.

Answer: I suggest you contact them! I had this issue and they quickly helped me and when the board wasn't fixable they sent me a new one!
