I ordered three hover boards from Glidecraft. They shipped two of the three. After a few emails, they eventually shipped the third. Unfortunately, the third has a defect: it often stops immediately, with no prior warning (even with a fully charged battery. I contacted the company and they said they'd replace it, but I'd have to pay shipping. Why should I have to pay shipping for a DEFECTIVE product? To date, they've refused to resolve the matter. I cannot recommend this company.
