Took my money and product never shipped, called my bank and reported the transaction.
Looking into reporting wire fraud.
No phone number, and after 7 requests for response, they do not respond. Use Amazon instead.

I bought an electric scooter and it was the worst decision I could make this year!
They sent me an electric scooter with a broken piece on the handlebar... I made the return and after more than a month insisting that they make me a refund, I have opened a dispute with my bank, I got the refund. I don't recommend it at all. Don't waste your time and money on this mob.

This company looks and sounds great on their email site, but they are void of any customer service. I ordered 2 boards for my grandsons on December 18th, labels for UPS were created but the boards never shipped. Here it is December 29th and still haven't shipped. Now they say they are out of 1 of the boards I ordered. They will not respond to the questions that I have sent in emails and they don't answer their phones or call you back when you leave a message. I had to dispute the credit card charge to get my money back. Don't believe the same day shipping and quick delivery they state on the page. Before you place an order, call their number and see if they answer, it will give you some insight into the company you will be dealing with. FRAUD

I'm sooo disappointed with myself that I didn't read the reviews. This stupid hoverboard arrived but the battery isn't working. I've been sending emails, since apparently is the only way of communication with them, but haven't had a solution. I just want the battery replacement or my money back. The reviews in their page are fake and the notifications of people buying stuff from their site are a month old. Fake fake fake! I'm so mad!

Well where do I start they offer "same day shipping" that is false they dont $#*! til about a week later. I order a hoverboard for $300 and I have very detailed shipping instruction they offered the spot on the form for the instructions. NOT to leave it unattended. Guess what they left it unattended I never received the hoverboard. I started a claim with UPS and they suggest I contact the sender haha what a joke I have been emailing since the day it was supposed to delivered about 2 weeks and no one has refunded or sent another one out. This company is a joke thief and just plain horrible. I guess the only thing left is to dispute that change with the bank. Sucks! DONT buy from here!

The good news is: we got the hoverboard and it works.
The bad news: the battery doesn't work and no instructions were sent to put the cart together.
They have not responded to my calls or messages. They responded to 1 email asking what's wrong with the battery.
I heard through the BBB website that their address is a UPS address. I called surrounding stores and they have never heard of the store.
Don't buy from them.

Ordered a board that was supposed to be available to ship on the 15th of June. Never heard anything and called on June 21st 2 days before my sons Bday. They told me that model wouldn't even be in stock for another week and half. I asked them to cancel the order and was told that they would have a manager call me to do that. NO one has responded yet. The board finally came but I have not even taken it out of the box because I got a different on time for his bday. Trying to return but no one will respond by phone, email or their "live Chat that is never Live" Even Paypal was no help. They pretty much ignored my request until the company shipped the board and said well they shipped it so nothing we can do.

Nothing will work

This hover board sucks... I bought a x6 hoverboard and when I got it in the package I was overjoyed... It worked, as a hoverboard I tryed downloading the app tao tao and I got a account I have a good phone with great bluetooth but it will not connect... It is $#*!ed. I bought it to be faster than my friends hover one hoverboard and his said on the box that I can go 12 mph and mine can go 15 but his zoomed past me when we tried racing btw I was only 8 or 9 yo at the time. They say that they are better than all the other hoverboards but really it just sucks. I would rather buy the hover one because they work as they say. All this is is just a waist of money.

Stay away from these guys. I bought a 6X hoverboard with 8-12 miles of range and a warrenty. They sent me a C1++ with a 4 mile range. They tried to BS me that the 6 in the 6X is regarding the wheel size and the one they sent is the same. It is not. They said to send it back at my expense and they would refund my money. I do not believe I should pay for return shipping on something I did not order and the company has ignored my email regarding this issue. Tomorrow I will contact my bank since I used a card to pay and I'm pretty sure I will get my money back and possibly keep their hoverboard too since I was sent that which I did not order. I have all the receipts. Nobody likes a rip off scammer and these guys have an F from the better business bureau. Stay away from them.

Took $200 dollars from me! I will have a sad little boy for Christmas! :(. I wish I could give them negative stars, they don't deserve one.
