We were recently without power due to an ice storm so sought refuge at a near by hotel. We got a suite at Homewood Suites, Knoxville, TN We were treated like royalty! Everyone was polite, helpful, caring. Our rooms were spacious and clean. The towels were the softest I've ever felt! It was just comforting to be there. They provided a complimentary breakfast and dinner... mostly high carb/fat foods... so we prepared foods in our room. But many others enjoyed their meals. I would highly recommend this hotel.
I stayed at the homewood suites in Philadelphia. It was a nightmare they booked our room to another couple while we were still there. Tge couple attempt to enter our room.
