Be aware that Headlight Experts filters the reviews on their site. I had a terrible experience with them and wrote a review on their site explaining my issues and the blocked the review and me from their site. Notice all reviews on their site have 5 stars.
I worked with this company for 3 months to get the LED bulbs to work in my 2022 RAM. After many phone calls to support and a litany of emails they said I needed to had a module for my RAM which after waiting a month never came. I returned the bulbs and asked for my money back. Their response was that they do not refund for "used" bulbs. They won't work in my 2022 RAM (they turn off) and they wont refund my $300.
I emailed tech support on Sunday and didn't realize my email reply went to spam. The man I spoke to yelled at me calling me an idiot for not knowing how to use my computer or their product when this was my 3rd purchase. I have never been spoken to that way. I hope you guys go out of business.
This is a terrible company that does not allow returns if you use their product. Please tell me how you are supposed to know if the product works without using it? It is bad enough that they charge 20% restocking fee on things you can return but the fact that you cannot return a product that does not perform to standards is unacceptable. I highly recommend not ordering anything from this company.
Product did not work requested politely 3 times to return and was denied. States I would sispute with my credit card company and BBB and Rhavi googled my name and threatened to leave me bad reviews under my employers business! In an email. Email available upon request. His google and BBB reviews speak for themselves, if you look at the dates on the positive reviews you can tell when his rating starts dropping he does a bunch of fake positive reviews.

My experience with Headlight Experts has been nothing short of appalling. Initially, I reached out via email regarding an issue with my order, only to receive an unprofessional and threatening response. Hoping to resolve the matter, I called during business hours, but the automated system informed me they were "too busy to take calls" and directed me back to email—an email that had already proven useless.
Feeling stuck, I emailed again, referencing the inappropriate reply from before, but was met with no resolution or accountability. Instead, the lack of professionalism persisted, leaving me without answers or help. This company's customer service is beyond unacceptable, and their approach to handling issues is both hostile and dismissive.
Save yourself the frustration—this business is a nightmare to deal with!

Easy upgrade on led lamps when one led fails. These lights are a great night driving experience, light up the road very well and can see much farther ahead...
I had mirror issue with lights. They resolved the problem quickly. Very happy with the led headlights much brighter than stock.
After about 18 months one of my LED headlamps failed. I emailed them explaining the issue. A very short time later they responded and gave me a choice of options. I opted to get an upgraded pair of headlamps for an excellent price. Although I was initially disappointed about the short life of the original headlights, Headlight Experts truly honored their Lifetime warranty-No questions asked, No hassles or jumping through hoops. This is why I gave them a 5 star rating. Thankyou Headlight Experts
