I believe it is a scam. The sales department says there is no one there to take a call and customer service, you can only get a hold of them by email. And then no one ever returns the email

Not a scam I purchased some headlights and have had them since 2022

They are definitely a scam. Zero customer service and supposed lifetime warranty means nothing if they won't return emails, which is the ONLY way to contact them, not counting their pathetic chat responses. AVOID at all costs!
