Awful experience. You invest your hard earned money and they don't regard customers. I understand that there are certain Policies but sometimes customers do get confuse and they end up buying something which is not really what they want to buy and what to exchange but rather than pacifying customers they try to insult them by letting them know that they are doing favour or so. This is the only store so far that doesn't send me an item and they don't replace it with a rush delivery. I Lille their clothes, but the customer service is awful

What A Racist Employees Experience This Day As Of 11 Of October 2024 From Them. Super So Rude Lady Employees Without Respect, No Reapect For Every Customers Rights And Priveleges. (Unlawful Behavior Of Normal People As They Were).
What A Waste People Wearing Black Dress, Bad Minds And Has An Animal Behaviors.
No Equal Rights Executive With This Store.As Amendments On Human Rights Law Of Canada And The Magna Carta Law. It Was So Unprofessional Employee Works In This Store.

My purchases are most likely always sold out after checkout and my gift-card was charged! Then if they cancel items you don't get the discount that you where supposed to get you pay full price because you did not reach the amount spent for the discount! Are you serious about this Guess? I hope they get there inventory better under control before checkout this is really upsetting. And now I have to take care to get the right amount back to my giftcard. Next time just cancel my whole order or contact me before there is a change in the price if I still want the item.

Every time I have ordered something wrong item comes wrong size I I'm so disappointed and for a quick solution I have to drive 40 minutes to the store the whole reason of ordering online is to avoid going out of my way I love gas and I have spent so much money on the actual store but now that there is no longer the store near me I have to resort to using online and I am beyond unhappy their customer service is amazing when you call but the fact that I guess has amazing clothes and I've never had this kind of problem except for when shopping online is very disappointing

I bought two items recently ( in Canada) and I'm so dissapointed with both. One was a bodysuit I bought for an upcoming Christmas party and It's way too small. I followed the size chart as well. The second item was a shirt and the picture looks completely different from the product that arrived. I want to return because I barely have any money but it seems from other reviews that is not a great idea. I have been shopping at guess for over 17 years and this will be my last purchase. I am going to sell my items online and continue to buy from dynamite.

Three displays multiple shelves all displaying 30 percent off purses. Two different people in front of us same thing. After ringing up price no discount then have to ask person from back of store called up to check very small writing under signs in huge every shelf say 30 percent off say on certain purse. You have to still purchase or ruin shopping experience for who picked out purse. Same on you same happend on sandals last trip never to purchase this brand again for any one.

I noticed when my phone auto filled my order my unit wasn't there. I immediately emailed customer service and asked them to update it. I did this 4 times with no reply. I checked the tracking and now it's being returned to sender. Not one email letting me know they can't update it or to cancel the order and reorder. Nothing. No response. Absolutely unacceptable
