Ordered a box of protein biscuits on the 10/07 and till this date it hasn't arrived to Cyprus! They keep on telling me it's on its way! The worst service ever! Never again.
Placed an order on Tuesday, which showed Wednesday delivery. Since then, I have received 4 consecutive delivery reschedules or cancellations (Weds, Thurs, Fri, Sat) a full hour before it shows it is scheduled to be delivered. I have emailed, called, messaged across social media; with ZERO response to date. This is still ongoing. The order was paid for during checkout. They seem to offer zero to little support when they already have your money.
You have to chat with a bot first, then you have to wait to chat with a representative, who has sent me another link that didn't work. Then you have to speak through their landline, they didn't find a solution either and after the first phone call, they didn't reply anymore.
And please, fix your automated menu voice, it's impossible to hear anything. Invest in a professional sound designer, this is unacceptable!
They had too many negative reviews on google that they turned them off to hide those info from future customers. That alone is a red red flag. There is at least one other greek search engine for eshops that has more competitive shops and is a much better alternative.
My wife ordered an item for our holidays and they said it's gonna be here on a specific date and it never arrived and we are still waiting. I contacted the store and they said it got picked up a day after. Unfortunately skroutz doesn't have a hotline and doesn't answer on emails. Poor Customer service. Didnt expect that to be honest.
Frustrating service, especially if the delivery of the order is done through the lockers (Skroutz point). The locker allows for Bluetooth pickup and the use of the Skroutz app at the same time. At the locker point I tried there was no 3G or 4G coverage at all, so it was not possible to use the app and the delivery did not take place! Something that could have been done by sending just a code, Skroutz chose to do it the more complicated way which requires you to have data on your phone, have good network coverage and clearly have a fairly new phone whose available Bluetooth is compatible with that of the locker. I don't recommend this method of pickup at all. Also the "24 hours a day" for product pickup is a myth, if something goes wrong and it's past 8pm no one answers the phones and on the chat a robot comes out that doesn't understand what you are saying and tells you to go to the site to find more information! It is not as advertised and is clearly far below expectations.
You buy something that is available from skroutz basket and you prepay through credit card because they only offer that payment method and after a couple of days you realize that the item you ordered is not available. In the meantime you call them to confirm that the item is available and that there are no issues with the order but they cannot offer any answer or information about your order. Also refunds take too many days to complete. Stay away!
I keep scrolling in Skroutz website or app to buy what I need.
They huge variety of products, pricing options and delivery time are huge advantages.

Very bad customer service, EXTREMELY late deliveries, there is no one to call, only a useless robotic chat, my order supposed to be 2 to 5 days, its now 2 weeks and i haven't received anything, canceling the order its an issue too since they don't refund imminently and it might take ages to get your money back, thy actually write this in your face.
NEVER buy via "skroutz" again never ever, pathetic company. From now on buy ONLY directly from businesses, support the business direct and not the "in-between" like skroutz that makes profits doing nothing.
I ordered a TV and a perfume on this website. I put in remarks and the time frame that they should come in the afternoon because i work till 5pm while
They deliver packages until 7pm!
The perfume arrived as asked at 6pm the day after
The tv on the other hand they come when they wish to and when they like to :/ i came out of work earlier cause they send me a message saying they will deliver it from 4pm till 7pm. Came home just to get an message at 5pm that they tried to deliver it at 1:30PM and it kept going like this for A WEEK
Now i'm done with them and asked for a refund …
And don't even let me start on their customer service…
Called with few people their and all of them told me some sick stupid lies. "yes of course we will deliver your tv at 6pm and if not we will try some pick up stores" after that i've received a message at 5pm saying that they delivered it at 3pm
One thing is not doing your job correctly the 2nd is lying to your customers
