Their trade "assurance" is a joke, it doesn't assure anything except being a huge pain and refunding only 10% of a $6000 order. I will absolutely never ever be using Alibaba ever again and will shout the horrors of this experience to everyone I know, every social media account I can get a hold of, and every review site known to man. I've lost a total of $10,000 on this ordeal and as far as I'm concerned they can go kick rocks.

If you are going to order via Alibaba.com = be prepared to lose your transaction fees, even if the deals do not go through. There are too many scams and sellers who are not genuine producers/factories and I don't think due diligence is being done by Alibaba, from the amount of sellers approaching me. A few deals fell through - and ended up getting my refunds after a lot of hassles. And my transaction fees are not refundable - which is not right in the first place. The customer service is poor in attitude. Felt very cheated.
I give a 5 stars to the stores you can purchase directly from that do not hide their REAL price and lie in their adds. The ads on Alibaba should be regulated so much more. Fraudulent ads should be deleted. That is false advertisement, and criminal. There is no way to report the stores that are being criminal. This should be a main concern of Alibaba. Obviously it is not. I understand they is shipping cost, But when you asked for a quote and the quote is 100% more than what is advertised without shipping, that is an issue. Then again when they tell you oh that's the 2017 prizes, does that make sense to anyone.
They only support the seller, never the buyer. When there is a dispute. Even when the items where low quality. Bought chairs from there and they are just breaking. Just used once. Very low quality, Alibaba leaning on the side of the seller

Awful customer service, I trusted Alibaba due to its trade assurance claims.
As it turned out the system is flawed and in my case I couldn't apply for a claim for my faulty and damaged products as their claim form did not recognise my bank, when raised they wasted my time until the due date had past, wouldn't recommend, false claims and bad Customer service
My children gave me a X-Pack 1 drone for Christmas. They selected it after much research and reading reviews. Excellent choice. I am new to flying drones and this one is very stable and forgiving.

Alibaba tries to be very helpful but they let anybody sell on their platform, there are total scam artists who will send you partial orders and then try to receive more shipping fees, Alibaba is very slow in resolving the issue and the language barrier through customer service and the sellers is very frustrating, beware who you buy from I've had some good sellers but they're hard to find
