Same experience of ordering a generator and being immediately charged but nothing received for over two months. If using this site or Wise Sales use PayPal or credit card only. After over two months of no generator and no refund I finally through my credit card company got my money back. Have to do so within 120 days (file a dispute). Guess they got access to a interest free loan for two months +. Just don't understand this business practice.

generatorsite.com will accept immediate payment however it is highly likely thta you will not receive your order in a timely fashion. I have waited over a month for them to fulfill my order of the Honda EU200i companion pack of generators. After the first week of no shipment I made my initial contact and was told the order would ship soon, after 2 weeks I called again and same story. I was finally shipped one of two but after one month I still do not have the second generator. :(. ... Thank goodness I paid with Amazon payments and they are now involved. Honda should consider pulling their distribution, and Amazon should refuse to accept their payments... This is the first time I have ever written a bad review about any company.
