I would not recommend this company. We ordered a generator in August 2021 and was told it would be installed October 2021. We financed the generator all but 1713. 50 which we paid to the company. They never showed up or called in Oct so by Dec we called them. The owner told us the generator was in but he didn't have anyone to install it. We waited until Jan 2022 before we canceled the entire order. It was clear they weren't going to give us the product. We asked for a refund several times for the 1713. 50. The owner said I have to sell the generator before I can refund your money. The issue had never been resolved. Horrible Horrible people to work with. They should have installed the generator or refunded us what we gave them
