Product was used and painted. Tabs were broken off. Was able to get the unit connected but was very difficult.
Update: Ended up sending the unit back for replacement. Took a couple weeks for the exchange but the pcm works great!
I purchased a computer through them and it showed up very promptly and in great packaging but it turns out that wasn't my issue and they were very convenient and helpful in the return process and it was very simple! If I ever need another computer for a vehicle I will definitely be coming back here.
Was easy to find what I needed and to order. Sent my VIN so they could program the PCM/ECM all for one great price. Havent had any issues with the new computer. Jeep us much happier.
The unit did not work for my vehicle, I returned my purchase and they returned my money.
The first unit I bought went well, no issues. The second unit 2003 yukon with 6.0 engine would not start vehicle after following all procedures to the letter. Had to put original unit back in just starting and move vehicle out of my way. I will be contacting you after the holidays.
Flagship kept me updated through the entire process from placing the order to delivery. Customer service assited with ensuring I ordered the the correct model and provided the key learning instructions. So far the Yukon is operating like it did when new.
I ordered two computers for two different vehicles in the same day one of them came in a few days after the other one but they both worked perfectly, completely updated and will use this company again.
On ECM they don't say about updating units until you get the unit and it won't work. They units say programmed and updated but there not updated just programmed so now you have to pay more money to have it updated at your car dealer? They say take it to a mechanic but all mechanics can't do it and it's a butt load of money to get it updated! Done but from them!
I can't wait to get my ecm the process of ordering is great and simple based on the way you guys are very specific to the car fiitment even asking for the vin number
Not sure yet if I'm happy but as of now it was easy to pay for the part.
Part installed and running great. Looking forward to getting the first 500miles in to calibrate computer.

Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
Answer: Stay away! They charged my card and never sent my part!
