I'm assuming this is a small business and do not have a million people to respond to inquiries but once you do get them they are top shelf in service and information. I would highly recommend any product they sell indoor or outdoor
I had bought 2 of the Frame It All frames at the end of the planting season last summer. So needless to say, they were not assembled until this year. We were going to stack them on top of each other to make a taller framed garden area. As we were putting it together, 1 spike point completely broke off as we hammered it into the frame with our rubber mallet. All it took was contacting the company by email and letting them know what had happened, where we had bought them and sending pictures of the broken spike to get a new one sent out. We love these frames as they will not rot like wood will and we should get many years of gardening pleasure from them. With the company standing behind their product, we will be back to purchase more again!
Answer: They are legit. https://www.frameitall.com They are sold on other sites as well. Check them out at Wayfair.com and Walmart online. Amazon may even sell their products. End of season will have the BEST prices for purchases. KEEP your receipts in case you have some assembly issues the next season like we did. With proof of purchase and pictures, they will work with you on replacing broken parts. We had a spike that snapped when hammered into place that they replaced for us.
Answer: I googled the company, https://www.frameitall.com/, and contacted them by email. We had accidentally broken a spike when hammering it into the unit. After sending them proof of purchase, and pictures of the broken spike, they sent a replacement! If I answered my email faster, I would get things faster! This was done during Covid-19 as well. All told, it was less than 3 weeks total to get it done.
