I googled the company, https://www.frameitall.com/, and contacted them by email. We had accidentally broken a spike when hammering it into the unit. After sending them proof of purchase, and pictures of the broken spike, they sent a replacement! If I answered my email faster, I would get things faster! This was done during Covid-19 as well. All told, it was less than 3 weeks total to get it done.
