They are legit. https://www.frameitall.com They are sold on other sites as well. Check them out at Wayfair.com and Walmart online. Amazon may even sell their products. End of season will have the BEST prices for purchases. KEEP your receipts in case you have some assembly issues the next season like we did. With proof of purchase and pictures, they will work with you on replacing broken parts. We had a spike that snapped when hammered into place that they replaced for us.

I googled the company, https://www.frameitall.com/, and contacted them by email. We had accidentally broken a spike when hammering it into the unit. After sending them proof of purchase, and pictures of the broken spike, they sent a replacement! If I answered my email faster, I would get things faster! This was done during Covid-19 as well. All told, it was less than 3 weeks total to get it done.
