Booked my flight on the last minute on a defined route in India from the US. The site gave me all the options and I decided my flights based on schedule which took longer to decide on my part than the process time on the site. The system processed the payment very quickly, confirmation was sent to my email first, followed by the ticket and other payment information within few minutes. Overall I was happy and it took less than 10 minutes to complete the transaction. Whoever is running the site for the airline really did a good job.
Try to contact SwissAir about my reservation and discuss wheelchair accessability and the order number that you provided does not seem to be of any use. Could make this process a bit easier.

Traveling today is very expensive and the airlines and associated vendors are just nickel-diming customers with just additional costs.
I typed in Scandinavian airlines website somehow ended up on flight network website. I felt deceived. I was so sure I was on the correct carrier website I realized after finalizing the booking that I was on the wrong website. I called Scandinavian airlines they could not locate my reservation. I was sure I was scammed. I called flight network, and they refused to issue me a full refund. They charged me $88 to cancel. I asked to speak to a supervisor and it was refused. Their airfare was more costly than booking directly with Scandinavianairline. I really felt tricked as a travel agent myself. I would never go to a third-party vendor. I cannot recommend this company.
When a customer requests to speak to a supervisor, they should have transferred me instead they refused.
THE WEB SITE FORCED ME TO RESTART MY RESERVATION 3 TIMES. ALSO IT SEEMS INSANE THAT THERE ARE CHARGES FOR EVERYTHING - IE SEATS, BAGS, GETTING YOUR BOARDING PASS, ETC. IT REMINDS ME OF SPIRIT WHICH IS A TERRIBLE AIRLINE
Your initial pricing of the flight is highly deceptive. Your charges for additional services are ridiculous. It is no wonder you were in bankruptcy in 2024 and had to be bailed out by another country. Your executive team should be replaced

A friend had to cancel to correct a name error (and was charged to cancel because customer support was unable to make the change) - she chose to book with the actual airline.
I can only hope that my flight experience is acceptable. But the booking process was sub standard.

I was booking my flight at the same time as 2 of my friends. When I go to purchase my tickets, I got a pop up saying the flight increased by $283. They booked their flights no problem, no increase. I was afraid if I didn't book it, we wouldn't be on the same flight. After paying $153 for bags & $318 for extra leg room it just seems like price gauging. Oh and I paid an additional $6 for us to hopefully sit together. All the others I'm ok with but to tack on an additional $283 just seemed excessive. Very disappointed this happened.
First time user- I was skeptical at first. I found the site quick, easy to navigate and my ticketing confirmation came through faster than it does directly with Airline site!
I was directed to the FlightNetwork via Google search as being reasonably priced booking website. The process went pretty smoothly until hitting a snag with my bank requesting my confirmation of the purchase. Will book through FlightNetwork in the future.
Booking was easy. It was hocking tho how you charge for so many little things like $6 to set updates by SMS. I would expect such things to be included. But at least the overall price was good. I haven't flown your airline before so I am hoping for the best.
