I was unfamiliar with the area I was going to and I I am traveling with a small dog. Sean could not have been more helpful. He went above and beyond what was necessary to find me a place that would accommodate pets and I had some other confusing issues since I didn't know exactly where I was going and what it was near anyway he was just amazing😘

Called Asheville Hampton Inn on Brevard road for the coming weekend and spoke with Alex. What a great experience. He was very accommodating and professional.
He covered every detail in the reservation without being all drawn out. He was pleasant and friendly and I appreciated it very much.
Went over my questions on amenities and facility.

In the beginning of my conversation with Crissa, I asked her if she was actually answering the phone at the hotel I wanted to stay at and she clearly told me YES. That turned out to be a lie. I also told her I did not want cancellation protection. Crissa said she was not going to charge me for that. But she still tried to charge me that fee and I caught it before the credit card charge went through. This lady lied to me twice and I don't appreciate that.

Fernando did a great job helping me secure a mobility accessible room close to the downtown Mercy One Hospital in Des Moines. Originally I intended to go to the Holiday Inn, but there were no rooms that met our needs. He searched to find us another room closeby that would work for us. We have a distance to travel to get the medical help we need. It is so much easier when we can have accomodations the day before and day of medical procedures. Thanks

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
