Called to inquire about adjoining rooms for a reservation this summer. Ethan was most professional, personable, and patient. It is rare to have a pleasant experience on the phone in making reservations anywhere as of late. I actually enjoyed talking with Ethan!

My son is is driving from Washington DC to Florida and with his dog lots and lots of traffic so decided to stay got stuck in a place with no connection. He called me up. Mario provided one of the most exceptional service experiences I've ever. Traveling from out of town to meet family for an event when there is a major event taking place on the same weekend made me very anxious. Mario talked me through it and helped me book the best arrangements to fit my families needs. He was able to answer all of my questions and was so very patient with me. I called to make a reservation only 2 days before checking in for an upcoming volleyball tournament. I called about a certain hotel only to find out it was booked full. Shannon went the extra mile in helping me find the best price for all the nearby available hotels and found me a great place!
