Quick and simple. Even though one of my reservations ended up a different bed request it worked out fine. Waiting to see how well the rest of this reservation goes. I have never used this company off trivago.
Experiences was easy, it just took a while for the booking confirmation to come through after the bank details had been released. I have asked for an email confirmation to be sent to me and after 4 days of waiting I still haven't received it. Not really great service after the money has already been transferred from my account

Fast and easy to use with best prices. They make booking a room easy and provide plenty of time to cancel or re book without penalties. They are my go to for booking March Madness in Las Vegas
Quick and easy best rates. I never heard about this site before. Logged on to Trivago and this site had the best rates on the hotel I was looking at. I did look up reviews to make sure service was good and had great reviews
This is the first time I use Prestigia.com which I found on TripAdvisor.com. It is easy to book, and the room rate is low comparing with other websites. After I booked online and paid in full, I called the hotel, but I was told the reservation was not found. I was very surprised and nervous. I called the phone number listed on Prestigia.com, and the representative was friendly and helpful. He assured me that my reservation was active on Prestigia.com and emailed me the confirmation, and also promised he would check with the hotel and send me the hotel confirmation once it was done. Two days later, I called the customer service again, but no one answered, so I left a message. The day after it, I received a phone call from Prestige.com. When I asked about the hotel confirmation number, the representative provided to me and then emailed to me. He was friendly and patient. I was glad they called me back. Later I called the hotel again, and the hotel found my reservation. Thanks for the help from the representatives each time when I called. Again this is my first time using this website, and I do not have much experience with it. The booking process was easy, and hope cancellation process has no hassle either if needed as with Hotel.com. I will use this website again to get more experience and build the trust in future.

Is clear and easy for the moment and now I am waiting for hotel services thanks. Why do I want to know why the charge was applied to my credit car now when it should have been applied after May 10th? I don't agree with that?
The reservation process was very quick and easy. The confirmation came quickly with the correct information and at a great price. Hopefully, the check-in day/date will just as quick and easy!

Easy to book, reservation details prior to booking clearly explained. Confirmation email with booking 'voucher' somewhat unclear. Called resort to confirm reservation. Also confirmation email did not include receipt information for price paid.
Very easy and affordable for you to make your own reservation at a hotel or resort and you can also book your own reservation online for a as long as you want whether it's for a night stay or a 2 night stay and if for some reason you need to cancel your reservation you have the option to cancel your room at a reasonable time without a penalty.
Answer: I doubt it. I didn't get a refund when I cancelled way before the deadline for free cancellation. I have heard from no one, no one answers the phone. I was on hold for an hour and thirty minutes as " the next one in line" I gave up. Don't waste your time, energy or money on this reservation site.
