I have been working with fishisfast for years. Sometimes, they would deliver a broken item, so I started paying extra for their insurance. Today they denied my claim for this high-end Sony speaker that arrived to me collapsed. Had they accepted my claim, I would have not get my money back, just credits to be used for my future shipments. They turned down a customer who has spent a good grand on them for the sake of $106 in credits. I am a head of music at Ikalto Micro Art Residence. We are an ambassador for improvised and experimental music in Tbilisi, Georgia. We are a social project, and offer access to a recording studio with a grand piano and many other instruments for 1/5 of a regular studio price.
The company was actually good, but now I know why their rating is so low. A shipment arrived 4 days ago and they didn't register it. When I contacted support, they simply said it didn't arrive, even though the tracking shows it was picked up from the US Post Office, and tracking doesn't make such a mistake. I'm not new to buying and shipping from forwarding companies. I've been doing what I do for years. It's ridiculous that they simply told me it didn't arrive and that I should contact the US Post Office, You know very well that it is impossible for me to communicate with the US mail simply because I am outside the United States of America. I'm certain that one of the company's employees stole or lost the shipment. I expect they caused me a loss of $150. I can't even argue with the seller because he'll simply tell me that the tracking shows the shipment was delivered to the correct address. I hope FishisFast returns to its former glory. The Arabic support employee, Rana, responds like a robot, saying the shipment didn't arrive and she doesn't even do an actual verification! I am writing to you because the shipment simply did not arrive, and you reply that the shipment did not arrive! Seriously!
I had a terrible experience with this company. They failed to deliver my package and later claimed it was returned by USPS. However, instead of taking responsibility or assisting with a resolution, they refused to refund my shipping fees and wrongly directed me to my local customs—despite the package never even reaching my country.
Their customer support was unhelpful, constantly shifting blame and refusing to file a claim with USPS, even though the return was USPS's decision. They also made it clear that they do not provide refunds, even when the issue is on their end.
I strongly advise against using this company. If anything goes wrong, you will be left without your package and without your money. Unprofessional and unreliable—avoid at all costs!
This was a great service. I used it back in May for 5-6 large parcels. A few concerns, but all went perfectly and parcels received prompty. But this month, it seems like a different company. ALL the Call Centre people are fixed on refusing to send any of your items. I had a hysterical reply saying that the standard California Cancer warning implied the package contained chemicals and hence could not be shipped by AITA rules. Such complete nonsense. But there is no recourse, no ability to ask someone with more than 3 months experience to oversee the decision. And the only alternative to send your purchases back for refund. Which is... REALLY TIME CONSUMING AND EXPENSIVE. So I would love to save you guys wasting literally days fighting with these Call Centre 'experts' and instead use another service. Shame that the guy that started this great business is not watching any more, as his beautiful business is getting washed down the toilet.
After using this service for 6 months, and previously shipping ant killer, they suddenly decided that ant killer was prohibited (a small amount of sealed powder and gel).
There has been no warning of this. In fact, there's no obvious list of prohibited items on their website.
The products in question are not flammable, corrosive or dangerous to humans. In addition, they are not prohibited by the airline or country of origin.
I work in Iraq and I am stuck inside a compound. I cannot go out to the shops and buy things.
But I guess they're saving me from myself with their woke arbitrary rules.
I opened an account and sent a package from eBay, a few hours later my account was blocked, I had to call the bank and write a statement to the police. I spent a lot of time trying to get my money back.
Been a customer for over 15 years, and they have never, ever lost a package. If there's an incident, it's not their fault. Once a package from France was delivered to the wrong warehouse - there's a bunch of them next to each other at their location - and they assisted in the search, contacted DHL, and found it about 6 weeks later!
Another time I didn't notice one of the orders wasn't registered for over 2 months, after contacting the chat support, they literally added it to my locker with photos within 3 minutes - turns out the label was damaged and they couldn't identify who it belonged to, but photographed and stored it safely, for months!
Been many years since the pandemic, and all the services provided by this company Fishisfast, still continue its excellent work! Clear and speedy customer services and the partnership with the shipping company also remain very smooth. Highly recommend this service company!
After our parcel arrived at the facility, we request to seal the parcel inside a box with its original package. It was a mistake to ask this as they ended up dismantling the parcel and re-boxed it. Fine. We took it was just a simple mistake.
Then after the re-packaging is done, when you get to the payment section, and after you have selected your preferred shipper (Aramax or DHL etc), both the payment Paypal and Credit links are DISABLE.
You have to contact the customer service. It takes a long time, Not only that, the customer service wants you to provide a photo ID. Since they have dismantle the parcel they could see that there is nothing "dangerous" per se. Yet they ask for photo ID - WHAT FOR? Never have any of the other service providers ask for this.
Verification are usually done at the home country if needed - the shipper would not normally even bother to verify the name and just drop the parcel on your door steps.
So my parcel is currently on-hold there. Worst come to worst we will gift them the parcel and repurchase it.
We are not writting this review out of bad intention.
Just hope to warn those people who do not wish to send their photo IDs online without pre-alert.
There is serious issue with the management, I am sure if this company is managed by other team, it will excel.
They keep returning customers shipments and deny shipping, also cancel customers accounts if you argue your rights with them.
Never allow them to have hand on your shipments, I will never trust having any shipment sent to them any more!
If you read the reviews (1 star ratings), you will find some common experiences which is STEALING your itmes, by creating any issues to force you abandon the shipments.

I've been dealing with fishisfast since 2017. The customer service is excellent; they respond quickly and assist you. They provide all necessary information about incoming shipments, as well as the option to open the box and photograph each item. They packed the shipments perfectly; I've shipped very expensive items and never had a problem. The best is Fishisfast.
Been using this company for years, and I could truly depend on their speedy replies with customer services, always meet my packing expectation, so the entire service is fast and well delivered! Definitely highly recommend this company for their service.
Ease, commitment and you can use the address to receive your products purchased in other countries and then send them to your place where you live.
They stole from me my 2 packages in my first try and i contacted Paypal and got my money back but sadly i lost money because paypal just refunded the shipping fees because the items fees are from amazon not from FISHIS$#*! and the blocked me after i contacted Paypal. RANA IS THE BIGGEST THEIFE SO BE WARE FROM THIS COMPANY! I hope they lock up RANA!

This site is extremely unprofessional and i'm honestly quite surprised the site still exists with this level of sketchiness. They don't follow their own terms and service agreement and are very hostile and not understanding. If you were thinking about using this site— just don't.

Answer: They respond in a short while, but the customer service is completely useless. It is like calling the automated voice attendant at a bank. No answers and no real help. So getting hold of actual customer service is close to impossible.
Answer: I was looking for an alternative to viabox after they increased their prices. Found fishisfast in viabox reviews and gave it a try. Up until now my experience is mixed. After receiving 50 items they blocked my account from shipping until I provided 50 proofs of purchase, or they would return the items to seller, not understanding that buying from individuals on ebay and other website does not offer a return for refund option, let alone 6 weeks later. And that buying from buyer market and craigslist comes with no invoice. After a week of negotiations and explanations I eventually managed to have them unblock my account after providing a dozen invoices. And I got my first shipment, which arrived with a couple damaged items that were obviously damaged during the repack process at fishisfast. Support denied any responsibility and refused to refund anything. Not letting go, after a week they said they would check the video of the repacking and then refunded the damaged items without give more details. The second shipment just came back from the repack process to be shipped and fishisfast just informed that some of my items are missing from their warehouse despite being documented as being in my locker. I would recommend to find another reshipper.
