I received my package in the warehouse and the staff immediately got in touch with me to arrange the best way to ship my parcel. They were attentive every step of the way and offered solutions to the questions I had, replied in a timely manner and ensured I got my goods safely, which I was really worried about because they were chocolates and I was afraid they would get squashed! My box was wet and pushed in on one side when it arrived but the products inside were fine. This was no fault of Forward2me but FedEx once it was received stateside. Great packing job saved my shipment. Was also very fast. Will definitely use again!

A shipping charge initially advertised as £39 turned out to be over £50 with all the extra nickel-and-dime cost additions before checkout finally happened. For the volume the company ships, I know they're making an astronomical profit off of shipping charges that quite small companies charge about £10-£11 for. It's a racket, honestly.

Your shipment weighs 2.38 kg and has dimensions of 30x15x20 cm. The shipping cost is generally determined by the volumetric weight, which considers the amount of space your shipment occupies rather than its actual weight. This method is standard across most couriers, including DHL and FedEx. However, when the actual weight exceeds the volumetric weight, the shipping price is based on the actual weight instead.
For your shipment, as it contains books, the cost of shipping was calculated using the actual weight of 2.38 kg.
We also noticed that you added the optional Combine and Repack for Safety and Delivery Confirmation Signature services.
We ensures your items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. This is particularly helpful for fragile or delicate contents. The Delivery signature, provides added security by requiring a signature upon delivery, ensuring your shipment reaches the intended recipient.
