I am concerned that it is not obvious where my recurring pricing is located on the website and how to see it. I've looked several times and still can not see where I've paid, how much I've paid, and when my next payment is expected. Very discerning.
It is extremely disappointing that there isn't a local number available, therefore, I had to upgrade to a toll free number.
I was told, I cannot try again without giving up my current number.
This has caused a hault in my business and I will be discontinuing my services soon.

Our Office Plans provide you with a fax line and a phone number. Depending on the plan that you select, you can even choose a toll-free number. While you cannot select the exact number that you are provided with, you will be provided with options narrowed down by state, area code, or zip code. Depending on the filter that you choose, phone numbers that we can provide may have limited availability.
You are always able to add additional phone lines to your plan for an additional fee.

I've not had any issues with iPostal1. I sent out mailings a few weeks ago and when one of the mailers was sent back due to the property being vacant, I was immediately notified. Overall, a great experience so far.

My experience has been okay so far. I wasn't thrilled to be overcharged for my virtual Notary service or that the opening of my box was needlessly held up waiting for a form from my husband, but other than that, no problems that I'm currently aware of.

The USPS requires the Form 1583 be completed, notarized, and filed with proper IDs in order for the mail center to accept mail on your behalf. Our goal is to make this process fast and easy.
Some mail centers are able to approve your 1583 form in-store, removing the need for a notary; however, if they do not, you are asked to use an online notary service to get your form notarized, for which you are charged a fee of $25. The use of the online notary helps to protect both you and your mail center from fraud.

I received a very important letter, that had to be mailed to me while I was in Europe.
I did not have any idea of how to do it from my computer. I called customer support and a very professional, patient and efficient agent helped me do it in about 15 minutes.

I do wish that I wouldnt be surprised with a $2 fee just to pick up my mail everytime I go, in addition to the mothly sub I pay. That was a surprise. Other than that I am thankful for your services and thank you for the support

Pricing for all ‘Optional Services’ is posted on the Pricing pages on our website. Please understand why we charge for optional services like scanning mail content, shipping, or picking up mail. Our pricing strategy is to keep the monthly mailbox price as low as possible and charge for optional services when customers use them. If we included more ‘free’ services in the monthly fee, the monthly fee would have to go up, and people who don’t use these services would have to pay more for no benefit.
Since it does take time and labor to process a pickup task, there is a nominal charge at most mail address locations. Pickup pricing does vary by location, and details on pickup fees are available by each address listing on our Locations page. When picking up letters, the pickup fee is for any number of letters. There is a pickup fee for each package.
You always have the option to move your digital mailbox to another iPostal1 address, where you are only charged to pick up packages, not letters. We can make this simple and fast.

It would be great if there was an option where all mail is opened and the first page scanned, then we could pay a fee to scan the rest of the pages. It is sometimes difficult to know whether the mail is spam or not, just looking at the envelope exterior. Thanks

We're happy to be able to say that we've had thousands and thousands of customers that have been able to successfully use our addresses for DMV, business, banking purposes and more. Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. You're welcome to try us out - and if you end up closing the account within 30 days of signup because you couldn't use the address, you can reach out to us to request a full refund of your subscription payment.
