I think this place is a hoax they don't even give you a phone number to call I called vitals statistics and they told me they never heard of this site I want my money back but don't know how to get it
Total ripoff, bite the bullet and order your birth certificate straight from the source, I needed mine desperately and still do, the only thing they succeeded in doing was getting the cash off my credit card and that's the last I heard from them, they state 1 hour response when messaging them which becomes 24 business hours after sending a message but neither matter as they haven't responded nor have I received anything.
I need my birth certificate fast, after going thru the steps it then told me they would send paperwork to fill out and the process would takes weeks and cost additional money. Total over 100 dollars. I thried to cancel as their policy states that they would only refund HALF back but then they never called back OR responded to my emails which I sent within 10 minutes of placing my order. Do NOT use the. They will RIP you off
40 bucks is a ridiculous amount to pay for nothing because you still have to pay the county where you were born skip this scam sight and go to the county you get a free form and have to provide the same I.D. the only service they do is steal money you may not have
I had a slight issue with my form and payment and they were quick to reply to my needs and took care of my issue immediately, nice to know there are still people out there that are honest and willing to help!
I paid in June and got the package and sent it in August. I need it urgently and have no e-mail or number.

I cancelled within 20 minutes of ordering $70 and sent them an email this morning the dis not even acknowledge the fact that i cancelled but told me they sent out my packet?
Im going to dispute the charge with my credit card company DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE A SCAM
Their customer service is quick and responded very quickly to my requests for info. I also discovered that they have the ability to do social security cards as well as birth certificates.

Even though any individual can go and obtain a birth certificate without using a service, you guys are worth every last penny so that i didn't have to sit at a computer, make phones, and try to figure out the all of the processes it takes to get that certificate. You do this daily and know how to expedite things, i honestly cant believe how quickly this is showing up especially from Los Angeles county which is deathly slow.
