DON'T use this company if you need your Birth Certificate within a few days/weeks. I put my order in on March 14,2022 still have not received it as of June 6,2022. Call for a status update and each time I call I was given the run around about why it have not been processed. DON'T USE THEM. I paid $68.00 for express shipping and still nothing 3 months later nothing ask for a refund I was given a hard time about that only received $39.00 back. Poor service

Ordered a copy of my birth certificate. Ordered first part of July 2023. 5 day turnaround. Nothing. Charged my account within minutes. Emailed them, nothing. Called, nothing. You never speak to a person. They hang up. Shame on this HORRIBLE company. The FBI needs to shut them down!

I purchased my birth certificate last February, nothing. Sent emails, each got the response of wait a little longer, we have a high volume of orders. I have waited on the phone for HOURS never spoken to a person, and still no birth certificate. They quickly took my money though

Placed my order and paid for birth certificate and $57.00 for next day returning to me. Its almost 3mts still don't have it. Call many times and get run around, forget emails. I don't recommend this company had to reordered from a great company Vital chek 2 wks turn around.

BEWARE! This company is a SCAM! Over a year later and no birth certificate. I was told it would take longer then I was told it was too late to request a refund! I call BS! I've reported them to the BBB but to no avail. They will rip you off!

Please be careful and don't use this company. It is a scam. They are not transparent with their charges. At the end of the day they charged $132.00 to get my husbands birth certificate. They charged a $59 service fee to get a birth certificate when you can go direct to VitalChek and pay $65.00 and get your birth certificate. In addition they said we'd receive the birth certificate over night and we received it a week later. I wouldn't have minded the charges had I truly received overnight. When I got the bill from Vital Check they told me to dispute the charges. I tried to find a phone number and there isn't one. So when I email them the response I received is below from ashley. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THEM.

The 59 dollar service fee is charged by Expressvitals.
The remaining balance is charged by the state vital records office. There are no refunds. Thank you

I would never use this company for anything, they took my money fast enough! It's been over a month! They don't answer on any line, or any of the 6 emails! I think they are a SCAM! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

A shameful ripoff, preying on people who need a certificate urgently. Do not use.

Express Vitals - charged £65, certificate not received 6 weeks later.
Surrey County Council - charged £11, certificate received in Scotland 5 days later, during the height of the Covid crisis.
This company is a shameful rip-off, completely devoid of any ethics. Before you pay, you are told you have qualified for "Fast Track - Free!". Compounding the name of "Express Vitals" everything is intended to imply that you will receive your certificate faster than if you went straight to government yourself.
None of my emails questioning what "Fast Track" actually meant elicited an answer - just a whole load of irrelevant guff - and an invitation to pay an extra £40+ to have my certificate sent express. £40! Look up the prices for Royal Mail track & trace next day for a single sheet of paper!
I don't know how this appalling organisation can be called to account, but PLEASE don't use them. Go to the local council, if you know it, of the place you were born. They even bothered to send a personal reply when I thanked them for their excellent service.

They completely ignored my demand for a refund, only pointing out that postage overseas was going to take longer. The certificate was going to Scotland, still part of the UK as I write, and with no sea to go over!
