I was helping my brother to get his birth certificate from Trenton, NJ as Hudson County in New Jersey was prohibited from providing birth certificates to residents. Apparently employees of the County were providing fake birth certificates for a fee, so the State stepped in. I sent a check for $47.00 along with my brother's information and waited and waited. I never received a response from this Fraudulent company!
They don't even deserve one star.
This company is a total fraud. They will take your personal information and sell it. They will give you nothing for your payment. Some people received BLANK applications, some received nothing. They are located in Spain. There is no way to directly contact them. They make believe they care asking for your review. But it goes into outer space. They are THIEVES!
I thought was ordering a certificate and paid $47 to this website... but it tuned out they emailed me back with the information i gave to them and the original application I had to download the sign and mail myself. So basically they did nothing disputed it with credit card company and they appealed!? And they won. I have to dispute again... so disgusting. If I was you I wouldn't even waste my time with this company I'm really dissatisfied I could have downloaded my own form for free and they sent false advertisement.
They take your money and you get absolutely nothing. No email no certificate and no call. When I called them they told me to print out an application and take it to the health department to get the birth certificate. When I asked her what I paid $59 for she said it was for the application that they were going to mail us, but never received. I asked for a refund and email and still no email. No email even from time purchased over a month ago. Use Vital Check and no one else.

This is the second time we have used the service, and it is easy and correct. And the Texas Department of Motors accepts it as a valid birth certificate, which they would not do for the one produced by the hospital.
I thought I was ordering a birth certificate until I got to the end (already paid $40) and it told me to go to the health dept to pick up my application!?!? What health department? The one where I live? The county it's coming from? Or the health department where the certificate is going to? Aside from that tho, that should've been mentioned at the BEGINNING of the application! Total BS!
Took my daughters money! Then I got online and didn't know I did the exact same one! They got me for $59.00 but they got her for $99.00! No certificate NOTHING! Do NOT use! Why is this site still on here! Who is in charge of shutting this down!? It needs to stop!
What a rip off, they did not expedite, they did not refund my money, nothing but excuses, I ended up driving 5 hours round trip to get it in 20 minutes at the county recorders office
I filled out all the info for a birth cert. Asked for it to be expedited this was 2 days ago, I have never received and email confirmation I called numerous times and sent emails to see how long it would take and not one response even though they say they are available 24/7. I am now trying to cancel but can't get a hold of anyone. But of course they charged my credit card
