Birthcertificates

This business has been taking a hit but my experience with them was handled in a way that was most professional. I had given them all the information that they needed to process $124.95 from my credit card account. My daughter in the meantime found the copy of my birth certificate and I immediately let the folks at birthcertificates know what had happened. By the next day they had charged my account and in the same day reversed the charge. Then followed with email correspondence letting me know. I would not have any problem recommending this company to anyone else.

Probus Research AKA Birthcertificate.com. May be Fraud/scam - I gave them credit card info and then same day canceled order for birth certificate because I found the offical site in LA, CA to request directly. That wasover 90 days ago. I have received e mails from them stating they will charge me a fee if I do not respond. I have called numerous times and the voice mail box is allways full. I have e mailed and faxed and still have not received a response to my cancelation
