Ordered a State Birth Certificate 12/1/2020 it's now 1/21/20. I never received it. I contacted vital records direct multiple times via email because you cannot reach them by phone. They claimed I never ordered from them. I provided proof of purchase and attached to email for the second time requesting again for them to send me my State Birth Certificate. It's truly been a pain and I doubt if they will send my order as they never responded after I submitted proof of purchase the first time.

I am through disappointed. I thought I was getting a birth certificate. I ordered the birth certificate in July 2020 and as of November 2020, I never received it and is difficult to get communication back. I filed a claim with Pal Pal. This a third part company
Would give a half star if it was available... You must read the details for the services available... you pay the company to research for the record(s) being requested... in return they will send you the form that you filled out on the site to take with you to get the record requested... you will still have to go to Vital Statistics and still pay the fee that they charge there for the record that you are requesting... A WASTE OF MONEY FOR ME. ($47)
For people that aren't that internet savvy, these blood suckers make it sound like they are getting the official birth certificate, death certificate, etc. when they are actually CHARGING FOR FREE FORMS. That's it, DON'T GET TAKEN! These arsewipes are stealing your money and you'll STILL NEED TO PAY THE GOVERNMENT FEE FOR YOUR CERTIFICATE. They send you the exact form you applied for online for you to mail to your state. They are a scam and you can't reach them and they take your money fast. Rip off people

I purchased online, a birth certificate of my mother for the cost of $49. I never received a copy. I would encourage all not to do business with this scamming business.
These people are immorale scamers. Well over a month has gone by no records. NY state does not take this long to process a certificate.
It is almost fraud web site. You can fill all these forms yourself for free at CDC website or vital record check.
