My first time ordering glasses online. It went well. I was able to download my prescription from MyEyeDoctor. I did not succeed in trying on glasses online, but I knew what I was looking for. Found the frames and voila! No line bifocals, ultra thin lenses, blue lenses, the works. And it all came together beautifully.
The eyeglasses were spot on. Unfortunately they got damaged a few months later, and I couldn't navigate the site to get service. All I needed was the right lense replaced. However my prescription has changed and no point in repairing them.

My last pair was a bit to big, I have very small face. I contacted eye onic. They told me to put it back in its envelope. & just drop it off w UPS and voila. They received confirmation and i picked out a flex pair. I love the Try on feature, it helps with quite a decision! I try on frames the ones I like. Than screenshot me wearing some glasses and I let my girlfriends weigh in. I have been happy w every pair I've received. They darken when I'm outside and there's no lines on my lenses! Give it a try

This is my 3rd time ordering from eyeconic. I have been very happy with the quality of each pair. I get progressives & sunsynch. It works so well, I had to look at my glasses to see the color change! My eyes can stay relaxed and comfortable in any light, near or far. Easy fast ordering and I can get my eyeglasses & pay over time. There customer service 8s excellent and this time I got the colorful glasses! Oh and these glasses dont slip off my small face!
It 4 days to get my order placed. It was repetitive and frustrating. My previous experious was not bad, but this one required alot of work. I chose 2 beautiful pairs, but just couldn't get the order placed. I removed 1 pair and called for help. The customer service agent fixed it, but I still wont have my glasses b4 my birthday. I still need a spare pair.

It's a little hard navigating through the website through a mobile phone. Other than that, I really enjoy ordering glasses from here. I ordered my glasses a couple years ago and now I ordered prescription sunglasses!
I order from eyeconic because my VSP Vision Insurance works with them, which makes it the best deal and super easy ordering. I've only had good experiences getting my contact lenses, and I've yet to have an issue with quality. They keep me happy, I come back year after year.
It was very easy. I just logged in and my insurance was applied to the price of the products. I located the drop bar and choose "contacts". I chose the type I wanted (conveniently, there are filters you can use to narrow down your search) After clicking on the type I wanted the first step was to easily add a picture of my prescription. It was saved so I didn't need to add it the next time. Then payment method. Also saved so I didn't need to add it the second time. The hit the order button and done!
I first chose the wrong contacts and the diameter was fixed, could not be changed. Luckily it was wrong and I found the correct box of contacts that had the proper diameter that matched the prescription.
I uploaded my daughters contacts prescription and placed my order last week on 2-15-25 just received notification that you did not receive it, in which it was Uploaded. If it was incorrect on the prescription calling the place where she got it done which was Vision Works should have been done to verify!
