Is it legal for Eyeconic to sell certain items at nearly 3x the average cost of other stores? It it legal for VSP to promote such company?

Fyi, if you have VSP insurance and enter your info on their website it freezes your benefits and you have to call VSP to have it unlocked. Now another pto day to go back and order glasses that it is unlocked.
