Purchased cork shoes from Portugal following the purchase of a similar pair whilst on holiday in the past... ordering, delivery and payment was easy and having received the shoes I am absolutely delighted and will certainly buy again... highly recommended...

We stumbled into the shop in Porto in June. Bought a total of 5 purses for 3 of us. Just purchased an additional two of the same style and it was delivered to me so quickly. Love these bags and plan to visit the shop again on my next visit to Porto!

We booked the cork shoes/flipflops online to be shipped to Poland. We got the product okay and the shoes are really nice, so all is good. We thought that the process of choosing (website) and paying for it was easy to understand and straightforward. We however were disappointed with a courier company. It took forever for them to deliver (2 weeks) and they were late even on their own estimation on when the package would reach us (and the estimation was already rather long). All in all, we are happy though!

The premium yoga mat made of cork is 100% recommended.
I love this mat, it is no comparison to the very often offered China mats, which supposedly also use Portuguese cork. This cork is the original cork, the mat lies flat, the corners do not curl and it has a very high slip resistance and feels soft and wooly.

Love the product cause of new the shoes little bit tight but after using for long time it will be perfect Heat inside so wear cotton socks for better.

This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company. I purchased shoes based on my size and based on the size chart listed on their website. When the shoes arrived they were too big. I contacted this company asking for an exchange. Daniel (a supervisor) in customer service for them was absolutely worthless. I'd have to send multiple responses before he would respond back. Said I can return them but the cost to return them with custom fees and shipping would be more than I spent for the actual shoes. Never addressed the exchange which is what I wanted. I asked to speak to his boss and he refused to allow that. Daniel shame on you! You should be disciplined or demoted for your lack of customer service being a supervisor. Now I have a pair of shoes that don't fit and will have to try and sell them to get some money back for them myself. Do not recommend this company for cork products. There are other companies out there do a little research before choosing this place.

Update to this review: I just received a call from the owner of the company. He was extremely disrespectful and belittling. This is so unprofessional of an owner to do to a customer. He kept speaking over me and interrupting me so I couldn't even say my situation fully. Shame on you owner! This is not how you conduct business!
