The products appear to be original with logo and didn't have problems with them, but tried several times to communicate with CS with no response, see pics below. Package came looking like someone sat on it. I wasn't happy about them not getting back to me. Go somewhere else!
We purchased a Portable Outlet backup battery for my husband's CPAP machine. We read the description and watched the Portable Outlet video. The battery came, and upon trying to use it, we discovered it was NOT a backup battery but an alternate power source. I also discovered through YouTube videos that this is an older unit, not the newest unit which does act as a backup. They don't even carry the newest unit. When I called the company to return it, I was told their policy states that once opened, they do not accept returns because they are medical devices. This is NOT a medical device--it is a battery that can be used for not only medical devices but cell phones, even outdoor televisions! They will not work with you. Very angry about this... Just lost $300+!
Horrible customer reps. Some with massive attitudes. Some don't even know about the products they are selling. Prices are higher than the average in my experience. Apparently I'm not the only one having problems with this company. My advise,from my experiences, go elsewhere. You will get better service and better prices at other retailers. The worst part, they don't care.
Seriously these people waited several weeks to even get it to the post office (per Amazon customer service). Then they have the nerve to ask me to change my review. FYI I will be posting my rating on your company everywhere to include Google. You know you did wrong and have been a pain in my $#*! with the refund. So no I will not change my comments even though you refuse to post it!
I spoke with a customer representative telling her that I am specifically allergic to nickel and asked if she could recommend a cpap mask without nickel. Spent well over an hour talking to her on the phone. She talked me into paying $30 "Assurance" in case I don't like the mask. Upon delivery I opened the package and found the mask had magnets on it, the ONE thing I specifically said I can't have. I called the company and was spoken to by another condescending customer representative that told me that I would receive a refund (only for the mask, not for the extra $30 I paid for "assurance") AND that I would have to pay to ship the item BACK to them before getting my refund! I am out $55 for their so-called insurance and return shipping! It was THEIR fault for sending me the wrong mask in the first place! I am livid! Avoid this company at all cost!

SCAM! I wish there were no star options available. I ordered a Phillips travel machine. They accepted my order, I waited a week to get my script to them. Then they tell me the machine is not available and tried to switch me to buy another machine. Phillips respironics sucks, but this company is taking advantage of customers.

If I had looked at the reviews of this company, I wouldn't have shopped here. As it was, I did a sleep study and ordered products. After completing the sleep study, I ordered my supplies (I was told by the nurse-practitioner she would send the Rx right to the company). After a week of no order confirmation or any emails from the company, I got on the chat to say I hadn't received any information. The woman on the chat practically scolded me that I should have an order confirmation. I called the company, and was told they couldn't send the stuff because they hadn't receive the Rx. So I had to make ANOTHER appointment, wait a week for that, and the nurse-practitioner had no excuse for why she hadn't sent the prescription. I waited another week, called the company again, and they had just sent it out. I ordered nasal pillow replacements and after two weeks hadn't received my stuff. I sent them a chat and the reply gave me my order number and the tracking information -- the information I had included in the chat. I cancelled the order. Reading the reviews now, I hope to get my money back. Stay away from this company. I'm asked to include proof of purchase to verify myself, but I don't have the receipt from January, and I never received the replacement items. Poor customer service.
