I was struggling getting supplies from my supplier of 15 years. 2-3 years ago they were bought by major medical company. Once that happened getting supplies has been a crap shoot. I recently wanted to try the N30 style cpap mask and cushions, where the tubing is located in the front instead of on top of the head. Ordering was easy, and delivery of the supplies was prompt and exceeded the estimated time of delivery. Purchased a sleep study and then a new Luna travel CPAP. First night I used the travel CPAP, the noise was unbearable. It sounds like someone running a vacuum in the bedroom. I called customer service and the agent said the travel units were naturally louder. I understand that. It is advertised as 39 decibels. My old unit is 26 decibels. Very little difference. I sent a video with the sound to the agent. She agreed that was abnormal. She escalated my issue. Another agent reached out and said he would be contacting Luna but said they are difficult about returns. A week later he said Luna said that was within specs. I asked to just return the unit. Another week had gone by and they say they are still working on my return. What is there to work on? I need to return this. No word in the last week.
The last 3 Dream face masks and hoses have the same issue. In the middle of the night the air hose comes off and the CPAP is not helping at all. I have washed a lot of my money on this and think I will find a company that will help get this resolved
This chamber is smaller than the one that came with my machine. It is still do able my water chamber was square at the bottom. This one has a circle at the bottom. All I was looking for was something to replace my other water chamber and I found it at 1800CPAP.com.

Prompt delivery of the first type of mask I tried. When that didn't work for me I was given credit for a different one. Again prompt delivery on the new one which is just great. I'm sleeping so much better!

Lately, my mask has been having issues by coming apart in the part that goes together from soft to hard. They are not paying attention to quality control. We pay a lot of money for a mask.

In some cases, people that purchase products from us can submit a claim to their insurance for reimbursement on their own behalf however we cannot bill Medicare or private insurance. Hope this helps.
