I could not get in touch with anyone in your company to find out about the order I placed. I tried emailing, calling, and chatting online. No response until I left a quite nasty message. I ended up cancelling the order. Good luck to your business; but it's your customer service that needs improving.

Items were shipped very quickly, but carelessly. We had 5 stands arrive broken.
I ordered poster frames from here and, upon delivery, I noticed that the package was damaged with some minor damage to the poster frames. When putting the claim through the delivery service, I only recouped around 50% of what I paid for them. I am told that Braeside did not set an insured value when shipping the product. When I reach out to try and resolve this, I get no response. I would not purchase from here again and I would warn others to be cautious as well.
Ordering was very easy and after I set up the account they were able to take the taxes off because of us being a public school.
All my experiences have always been fast, easy and no hassle. Great customer service if you have questions also. Other companies in all fields should take note.

I needed a certain size display for my new book and could not find the right size on the website. I called the company and the woman who helped me found the perfect stand and not cardboard, which I had looked for, but acrylic which was perfect! Arrived quickly, very affordable and very high quality.
