Wowbobble

I ordered a bobble head from Wowbobble.com for my husband who is stationed in S Korea. I sent pictures of him in uniform and they did a great job with the details. They emailed me immediately after I submitted my order. They made edits to his face based on my feedback and ensured I was 100% happy. All of our communication was via email- they responded back quickly every time. Note I did pay the extra fee for "accuracy". Most important of all, my husband and all his colleagues loved it! Nicely done!

I was scared after purchasing and then seeing these reviews, but I have nothing but great things to say. It arrived timely, they were great at communication and making a necessary change, and it turned out great

I ordered a Bobblehead for a Christmas present. It arrived on time but the logo was upside down. I contacted them immediately and they said to peel off the logo and put it on correctly. It would not come off.
They said to wait till after Christmas because they were very busy and they would correct the problem. They made the error. It was not like the proof which I approved. There was no argument.
After Christmas they agreed to repair the bobble head, They wanted me to ship it to them AT MY COST! Shipping to China was about $100.

I used wowbobble.com to purchase a group gift for my boss. I specifically chose them because they offered a shipping option that would deliver the bobblehead before Christmas break. I was told I would have a first proof emailed to me 8-10 days after purchase. On the 12th day after purchase, I had to reach out to them where I was told it would be two additional days until the proof would be sent and that the shipping date would then be December 22nd instead of December 18th. I told them this would not work because I needed it by December 20th. Their reply back was to agree to rush the order and they sent me a proof of the body that had no Superman logo on the chest or the base. Just a plain white base which was not on the stock photo when I ordered. When I asked about this I was assured it would be added. A few days later I was sent a final proof that had the Superman logo on the chest but still had the plain white base instead of a Superman logo with my boss's name on it (which I paid extra to have). I asked about this and was told it would take two more days to make changes. I said that would not work and asked for some sort of refund based on the continuous problems. The reply back was that the base would be changed and sent out soon. Fortunately, I did receive the bobblehead in time, however, I will never use this company again nor would I recommend it to anyone.
